We are in network with Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, United Concordia, and many more insurance companies. We accept most insurance plans. We still file the claim for you on your behalf, and your insurance company pays our office directly. So, you are only responsible for the difference at the time of service.
As with all medical practices, payment is due at the time of service. This includes the portion of the bill for treatment that the insurance company is not expected to pay. In the event that we need to send a bill to you, please pay it promptly or contact us if you need help. All accounts that are not paid in full within 60 days of treatment or insurance reimbursement will have a 1.6% monthly finance charge added.
We also offer financing through Care Credit. CareCredit is different from a regular credit card, as you use it to pay for out-of-pocket expenses not covered by medical insurance.
